The finca is located in Galilea, a little mountain village which many travel guides identify as one of the nicest villages on the whole island. The place on a slope above the village center is very charming, and so is the little house itself. There is just missing this kind of prevalent chic you will find at common holiday estates. We have herited the house from our parents, who liked it without frills and more in the local style. So don’t expect extravagant bells and whistles. But there is everything you may need for a relaxed holiday.

The house has a carport. It fits only compact cars and demands some solid driving skills :-)) But there are more parking facilities next to the house.

Be aware that you will really find yourself within the mountains. Those who are anxious car drivers or passengers who have problems with mountain roads might be better off somewhere else.

In spring and autumn it can be more rainy and fresh in the mountains than down on sea level. Heating is only provided by the fire place and by some electric heaters. You will have to arrange to this.

Our neighbors are friendly and helpful. However, on the weekends they insist to listen to music in the garden. Only during daytime – at night it is really quite here.
