On several terraces around the house grow pine trees, eucaliptus and rosemary. The swimming pool (3×8 meters) is in perfect condition. Next to it there is another terrace for sunbathing. The furniture of the house is kind of simple, but appropriate and in the spanish countryhouse style. There is no TV – the view from the terrace is much more spectacular anyway! But we do have quite fast internet access and our own Wifi network. Also there is decent coverage for mobile phones.

The house has got air condition for the lower floor and for the master bedroom. The heat pump can also heat these rooms in winter. In the second bedroom and in the bathroom we have got some electrical heaters.

The house has a carport. It fits only compact cars and demands some solid driving skills :-)) But there are more parking facilities next to the house.

Be aware that you will really find yourself in the mountains. Those who are anxious car drivers or passengers who have problems with mountain roads might be better off somewhere else.

In spring and autumn it can be more rainy and fresh in the mountains than down on sea level. Heating is provided by the fire place and by some electric heaters. You will have to arrange to this.

Our neighbors are friendly and helpful. However, on the weekends they insist to listen to music in the garden. Only during daytime – at night it is really quite here.
